Mauro Estevez is a small, third-generation winery in the Galician municipality of A Arnoia, currently managed by father and son Jose and Mauro. Their vineyards are small parcels in a variety of aspects on the slopes of the two river valleys that meet in the town, on a mixture of granite and clay soils. With only 2.5 hectares of vines, they know every nuance, and it shows in their wines.
