Barrel-sample tasted in the shop over the course of two days Bruised citrus fruit, mesmerising structure of savoury oak-spice and stony minerality. Unquestionably the favourite of the 2021 whites on show. Will no doubt tighten up considerably when bottled but should drink well from 2025 onwards, with a good decade of postive development beyond.
