Tamlyn Currin
A wine that has the sudsy softness of mountain water, the satin-petalled softness and lazy, sensuous perfume of jasmine. It feels as if it curves like a creamy white petal in the mouth. Something sweet and salty and slick, like bacon fat; and slippery-ripe tropical fruit with a bit of peppery bitterness, like a scoop of deep-pink-orange of papaya with its skin on and glistening black-bitter seeds in. It was good with salty green olives, but I`d also love to try this with vitello tonnato. 16 points
