Jane Anson
Well located estate with deep gravels and clay subsoils, on the edge of the plateau, high Cabernets in the blend (including Sauvignon for the first time this year), and it works brilliantly in 2023, with rippled blueberry and raspberry fruits, great intensity, liqourice bud, Organic. 40% new oak, 43hl/h yield, 3.8ph, 55% of production 1st wine, selected by terroir, Vincent Priou director. 93 points
Antonio Galloni
The 2023 Beauregard is a sleek, racy Pomerol. Spice, new leather and floral top notes meld into a core of dark-toned fruit. This is the second year in which the wine includes a portion of Cabernet Sauvignon planted in 2006. Firm tannins make themselves felt on the sustained finish. 92-94 points
