Neil Martin
The 2023 La Vieille Cure has a pleasant nose with raspberry coulis and black berry fruit, touches of sous-bois evolving in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with saturated tannins, impressive depth and focus. The oak is neatly integrated, with just a bit of hardness on the finish. It should mellow with bottle age and come good in the end. 89-91 points
