Allen Meadows
A ripe but agreeably cool and layered nose presents spicy liqueur-like aromas of red and dark raspberry that is trimmed in soft wood wisps. There is very good detail and verve to the appealingly textured flavors that exhibit good if not special length on the mildly raspy finish. This will need to add more depth to achieve the upper end of my predicted range. 89-91 points
