The discovery of Australia

Here at Uncorked we've long known of an enormous piece of dirt lodged in the southern ocean. Known as Austrylyuh, it operates an entry system based on points. You can get more points if you know the Queen or are prepared to retweet or share on Facebook; and even more if you can show you dislike, and have never played sport. The natives have a unique system of grammar, which rules that every sentence has to begin 'look'. 

In Austrylyuh there is a strong wine culture (you can fill in your own punchline) and we've been investigating this a little more in depth than for some time. So today's tasting introduces some of our new arrivals - a lot of producers new to us.
