Samantha O'Keefe has quickly made her presence felt in the Cape. Given that she only started planting vines in Greyton fifteen years ago her rise to fame has been as dramatic and singular as the setting for her estate. Miles from Capetown and a very long drive from her nearest wine-growing neighbours she has been a pioneer since the beginning, displaying courage and steel and enjoying enormous success based on the quality of her wines. Nowadays everything she produces is in such high demand that she collaborates with some top quality growers to make some 'negoce' wines.
Tonight we'll meet this extraordinary visionary and taste her range of wines. In addition to the range below, Samantha has kindly contributed to the evening's jollity by bringing with her from South Africa 2011 Syrah and 2014 Chardonnay.
