Pale yellow-gold. Honey and nuts on the soil-driven nose. Richer and more opulent than the Rotenberg, but conveys a bit less energy owing to its impression of greater sweetness and lower acidity. Still, this rich, silky pinot gris has a good future in the bottle. 90 points
