Neal Martin
The 2010 de Fargues has an attractive bouquet with scents of honey, saffron, crème brûlée and marzipan, blossoming from the glass. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity. This is a class act: very harmonious and poised, a judicious dash of spice with a very harmonious and persistent finish. Superb. Tasted blind at Farr Vintners 10-Year On Bordeaux horizontal. 96 points
