By this point, the new owners had installed a new cellar with cement tanks, and got rid of the Cabernet Franc vines (which had been planted at low density). This blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon with 36% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot displays lovely freshness and sapidity, and a saline hint.
