I have liked Tour de By, a very reliable Cru Bourgeois, for over thirty years. The 2011, a final blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot, is a soft, easygoing, bistro-styled, character-filled red that should drink well for 2-3 years. 86 points
