Stephen Brook
Sourced entirely from Bishop Creek vineyard, this Pinot Noir is vinified as a white wine and has a mild almondy nose. It`s supple and rounded, a touch neutral but develops some spiciness from the oak. The acidity seems fairly low, but the wine does show some bite on the finish, which is creamy and quite long if lacking some zip. 90 points
