Joaquin Hidalgo
The 2020 Malbec Pulenta Estate I is a blend of grapes from the Luján de Cuyo and Uco Valley, Mendoza, aged for 12 months in 50% new barrels. Purple in hue. The ripe, herbal aromas also feature plum and blackberry with balsamic hints. Intense with alcoholic energy, the firm tannins deliver good flavor. A warm vintage. 90 points
