Restrained, rather than fruity; while you probably wouldn`t mistake it for a Sancerre, it is certainly a mineral expression of Sauvignon Blanc, with gooseberry and lime-zest flavours, and a refreshing lemony lift on the finish. Tasty! (JH 18/07/2024)
