Crunchy red fruit, light, bright and elegant, stony minerality and a whisper of creaminess on the finish. The grape here is Baga (native to Portugal, often compared to Nebbiolo due to its thin skin, high acidity and grippy tannin), a blend of old and young vineyards, crafted to express the influence of the cold Atlantic ocean on the region, rather than to extract tannin or alcohol - a mere 12% abv, and feather-light on the palate.
