The 2023 Bourgogne Aligote was racked two weeks before my visit. It has quite a vibrant nose with lemon thyme, light apple blossom and a slight wax resin scent. The palate is medium-bodied with an attractive texture, though it is just missing a little nervosite and bite on the finish. 85-87 points

From old vines below Chambolle. Clear pale colour. A generous white fruit, even some flesh, ripe greengage as well, adequate acidity, with good length. All made in barrel.15% new wood, which is not easily detectable. Long finish. 87-89 points
