Tiny batches of single cask malts, often just a couple of hundred bottles in total - and much of that exported, make for new ways of exploring the exciting world of whisky. But if you're exploring you need a guide, and who better than Frances Dupuy and Iain Croucher from AD Rattray, both long established in the industry and a great double act to take you through the jungle of famous and little known distilleries.
You are going to taste seven great whiskies, have the chance to come face-to-face with the raw components of barley, peat and oak and enjoy an entertaining evening of relaxed chat and tasting. So come and join us and Frances and Iain around our table and absorb whisky lore and whisky galore. /CW
