Brilliant perfume with sweet red fruit. Soft mid palate with hints of graphite and cedar. A polished structured with a nice creamy cherry finish. Delicious! 90-92 points. (Unc 05/04/11)

Lisa Perrotti-Brown MW
Deep garnet in color, the 2010 D`Angludet gives up scents of sweaty leather, baked plums and tapenade with underlying notions of cassis, wild sage and tar. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is a little rugged and rustic with a chewy texture and slightly drying finish. 88 points

The 2010 d’Angludet has a ripe and fleshier bouquet than the 2010 Ferriere with layers of sweet red cherries and crushed strawberry mixed with cedar and mint, almost Pauillac-like in style. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp tannins, fresh and lithe, the acidity well judged and almost gentle towards the graphite-tinged finish. Certainly this constitutes one of the more approachable Left Bank 2010s. Tasted blind at Farr Vintners 10-Year On Bordeaux horizontal. 87 points
