Smoky, savoury and reductive, with a beefy carbonic note in the aromas, along with macerated red fruit. The palate is light, bright and soft, with a gamey element adding complexity - not dissimilar to Pinot Noir, St Laurent is native to Austria, and produces very serious, restrained wines.
